Back in 2008 I launched Ji Ji Kiki, a then-small website selling vintage and handmade jewellery. I quickly found out how great it was to work with bloggers to help promote my website and brand; bloggers are enthusiastic, influential and just so nice and friendly! Why work with some faceless publishing company, spending huge amounts of money on one advert when you can work with lots of bloggers who care about their readers and love helping small businesses!
Fast forward to 2013 and after many, many hours each month of searching around the internet to find bloggers to work with and new places to advertise, I just thought there had to be an easier way for both the bloggers and the businesses wanting to work with them and so the seeds of Adlet were sown.
Adlet’s mission is simple – to make advertising awesome. I know what it’s like to be both a blogger and a small business owner and how difficult it can be to find places to advertise, and the time consuming process of emailing back and forth to negotiate and purchase advertising space.
We work for both the advertiser and the publisher to make life simple for both. Publishers can set up an account, with an ad shop to sell advertising direct from their blog, and at the click of a button advertisers can purchase an ad space anytime of day or night.
We also work with brands on blogger outreach, enabling them to get their product into the hands of influencers who are keen to try and review it and help spread the word in an organic way.
